"Resilient. Responsive... Ready." focused on all aspects of modern life affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. Topics included public health, business development, education, and community government. MACo and county leaders explored the local role in pandemic response and recovery – strategic planning, evolving service delivery, emergency communications, advancing technologies, and fiscal obstacles – all of which constitute the fabric of local leadership.
